Can I bring food and drink to Groove Festival?
Patrons are kindly asked not to bring any alcohol, glass bottles, cans or glass containers to the festival – the festival’s licensing and statutory commitments mean that none of these will be allowed into the festival site. We have a great selection of affordable food available and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on site, so leave the picnic basket at home and discover the amazing array of festival food and drink available. Last alcoholic drinks will be served at 10pm.
Please note that bag searches will be in operation at entrance.
Is drinking water provided?
Yes, drinking water fountains will be available on site, located near the toilet blocks in the centre of the festival. Water and soft drinks will also be available to purchase.
Are pets allowed?
Guide dogs are permitted on site. No pets allowed.
Is there camping facilities on site?
We do not have any camping facilities on site at Groove Festival, it is a day festival only.
Will there be baby changing facilities on site?
Will there be an ATM or credit card facilities at the festival?
Yes there will be an ATM on site.
Credit Card facilities will be available at box office to purchase tickets.
Will there be mobile phone charging facilities at the festival?
There will be no mobile phone charging points at the event so be sure to fully charge your devices before you arrive!
I want to bring my campervan/caravan, can I?
Unfortunately, we do not have any campervan/ caravan facilities on site at Groove Festival.
Are there any age limits?
No! Everyone and anyone is welcome. Groove Festival offers a range of family focused activities over the course of the festival.
Can I bring a chair?
Patrons can bring one standard size folding camp chair or deck chair. (These may not be used at the standing area of the main stage). Tents and marquee structures are not allowed for safety reasons.
Can I leave the festival site and come back in?
Yes. Once you have your wristband on and it is not damaged you can leave and return. Note if you remove your wristband from your wrist you will not be allowed reenter the event.
Attending on a complimentary ticket?
Please note that during busy periods those who have purchased tickets will be prioritised entry to the event over those attending on a complimentary ticket.
All sound and moving or still picture rights including, without limitation, on the Internet, vest exclusively with the Organisers and any material filmed or recorded at the Event may only be used for the personal, non-profit making enjoyment of amateurs. By entering the venue, Ticket Holders consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending the Event, and consent to the image or recording of them being used in future marketing material for the Event, or their sponsors.
