Described as ‘a themed pop culture event of words and music’, join us at the Live Lounge in the afternoon where Tony Clayton Lea of the Irish Times and the Culture Vultures take centre stage with interviews and acoustic sets. Sit back, relax and take the weight off, as Tony gets up close with the musical talent at Groove Festival.
Later in the day, the Live Lounge welcomes Adam Burke of the Hardy Har Comedy Club. Described as one of the very best clubs on the Irish circuit with close to a decade of gigs and hundreds of hilarious comedians to its name, we are guaranteed some high octane banter, laughs, giggles and tears.
A themed pop culture event of words and music, Culture Vultures makes regular appearances at Irish music and art festivals – these include Indiependence, Castlepalooza, First Fortnight, Winter Music Festival, AKA (Alternative Kilkenny Arts), Vantastival, and BARE In The Woods – as well as at bespoke events.
Hardy Har Comedy Club is Ireland’s longest-running free admission comedy club. Hosted by Adam Burke (Finalist, Ireland’s Got Comedy Talent, Laughter Lounge, Vodafone Comedy Carnival) and residing in ‘The Best Bar in the World’, The Harbour Bar (Lonely Planet), the Hardy Har Comedy Club has become one of the very best clubs on the Irish circuit with close to a decade of gigs and hundreds of hilarious comedians to its name.

Emma has performed at some of the country’s best and biggest venues like Vicar St and the Olympia Theatre. She’s been a regular on the Republic of Telly and appeared on a Christmas special on RTE 2, Bridget and Eamon, Today with Daithi and Maura, The Six O’ Clock Show, Ireland AM and Salon Confidential

She has been runner up and winner of several national stand up competitions.
